On Friday, March 30, 2012, Pete Janecky successfully defended his dissertation, "Mayors and the Media: A History of Their Symbiotic Relationships in Milwaukee, 1948-1988." In June, Pete will become the fifth graduate student to earn a PhD in History from UW-Milwaukee since the foundation of the PhD program in 2003. Congratulations, Pete!

Congratulations to Pete Janecky!
